MURPHY BED TRAINING OPPORTUNITY AGREEMENT
This agreement dated _______________ is made by and between EZ-REST MURPHY BEDZ whose address is ________ also referred to as "Consultant.",
AND__________________________, referred to as “Client(s)”
whose address is ___________________________________________
1. Consultation Services: The consultant hereby agrees to train the client(s) to perform the following services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The consultant will consult with the client(s) concerning matters relating to the start-up and efficient operation of a Murphy bed business.
2. Terms of agreement: The Consultant agrees to advise and provide information and drawings via e-mail, telephone or other electronic means to the client at the time of purchase and for the following 12 months. The Consultant’s agree to provide the items and services listed in the What’s Included section below in this agreement.
3. Refund Policy: This agreement is non-transferable, non-refundable.
4. Liability: Daily operations of the business are the sole responsibility of the client. This includes but is not limited to sales, ordering, shipping, advertising, installation, financial obligations, lead generation, etc. This training does not insure the success of your business. This is not a dealership or a franchise. There are no other fees paid to the Consultants. This is a simple training program supported by the Consultants 30 years business experience. As a Murphy bed business you are not authorized to use any of the EZ Rest Murphy Bedz verbiage, logos or photos.
We will do our best to help you succeed but offer no written or verbal expression of success.
5. What’s Included:
Initial consultation as well as 1 full year of consultation as needed.
Professionally designed technical drawings for bed frames, cabinets and specialty foundations.
Detailed training manual which includes all aspects of operating an efficient Murphy bed business.
All items listed above are sent to you via email as well as a flash drive and hard copies.
6. Payment Terms: Client(s) will pay consultant a total amount of $5,995 for the complete Murphy bed training opportunity.
Method of payments accepted: Credit card (+3.75%), cash, certified checks, Venmo, Zelle, Bank Transfer Wire.
7. Signature: Client and the consultant agree to the above agreement.
